Wholesale pricing is determined on an individual company basis and depends upon the quantities of each product ordered. Please Contact Us to receive a wholesale price list. Orders are accepted through email and phone. Changes to orders will be accepted within 48 hours only. If no changes are made within this time frame, the order will be processed as received and no refunds will be issued.

Minimums and payment terms: All first time orders require a $150 minimum, with payment in full at time of order. All subsequent orders will be $100 minimums with a non-refundable 50% deposit (unless the order is canceled within the first 24 hours) with the remaining 50% due upon shipment or delivery. Payments may be made with Paypal , Major Credit Cards, Cash, e-check through Paypal or Business Check (California Banks Only). Returned checks will be subject to all bank processing fees and collection costs incurred by us.

To Process Orders: Please submit your business name, contact name, address, phone number, and the products and quantities desired. Buyers in California must supply a Reseller Certificate (tax will be charged otherwise).

Production Time: Orders should be ready between 7-10 days depending on quantities and the types of products ordered. Lead-time will be given when you place your order. Please note that large orders may contain multiple shipments. Limited local delivery available in the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas - Ask for more infomation. Shipping is done through either Fed Ex Ground, or US Mail, whatever is the least expensive method per shipment. Shipping charges are your responsibility. Insurance will be added for safety and charges will be added to your invoice.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products The Soap and Body Shop has a No Return Policy.

Damaged Goods: Please inspect all deliveries for any damage upon receipt. Damaged merchandise must be claimed within 3 business days from receipt. No replacements will be delivered without prior authorization. Authorized replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.

Private Label: If you would like to carry our line of products, but would like to have them labeled with your company label, we can do this. What we require is that you provide us with a viable .jpg or .gif file of your company logo. There will be an extra $35.00 charge for this service to cover our materials cost. If you have your own labels that you can provide to us, then there will not be any additional charges for this service.

NOTE: As these products are handcrafted, slight variations may be noticed in some instances, but rest assured you will have the same high quality product as always.
